Here I am sitting at the drive-thru awaiting my dinner and I hear a roooo rooo roooo are-rooo. First it sounded as if it was coming from the car in front of me but as I pulled forward I see this poor little guy tied to the post, choking to death! His leash was so short taht his butt was smack against the post. Felt like setting the guy free. Poor dog....
All I ask is give the guy some room to move!
Sigh... Perhaps it's time I get myself a pet.
