Happy Tails: Freddie
names for animals
Dear Kind Folks at Lollypop Farm -

A quick jot to let everyone know the black 12-year old retriever mix Dodger (now known as 'Freddie' - new name for new life!) has acclimated to our home, our 1- 1/2 year old dog Kenny and our 2 cats. It has gone even better than we could have hoped.

First stop was Country Max for, a nice fresh new collar (he's stunning in red) and his choice of a new toy (giant rolled rawhide bone - Kenny also got a new one, so everyone began with fresh toys).

Upon home arrival, we allowed him to tour the house sans Kenny and cats at his leisure. He immediately changed from a reticent, somewhat aloof doggie into a tail-wagging, smiling, happy boy who is .... giddy! He is happy as a clam! One brief incident over toys, but then all was well. He's been on several short walks and can work up pretty good speed for being an old fella.

Freddie is doing terrific and is having the time of his life. Kenny is happy to have him, and the cats think he is a clone of our previous dog so everybody is happy. Tomorrow is his "Well Doggie Check" with Dr. Brian Hall and then - DOG PARK!

Rest assured this Old Man has found his Forever Home. Thank you to everyone at Lollypop for your kindness, patience, and assistance. We hope other potential adopters will consider making senior animals new family members. Every animal deserves a nice home.

Sincerely,

Bob, Susan, Kenny, Freddie, Johnny, and Rosemary M.
